This cot is an innovative product in which your child up to four years old can sleep wonderfully. With this cot, you get a complete solution in one go. The bottom drawer shown in the picture can be ordered as an optional extra.

Conversion of the cot bed

Step I - Cot (0-6 months)

The cot starts its life as a spacious bed with side rails on two sides. The bottom is set to the highest position so that your back doesn't have to be strained.

Step II - Lower Bottom Crib (6 - 24 Months)
As soon as your child can stand and crawl, set the bottom to the lowest position. This way your child can't tumble over the edge of the cot.

Step III - Toddler bed (2 to 4 years)
From the age of two, it is time for the real thing: a toddler bed.
Remove the side rails and lower the headboard and footboard and suddenly you have an excellent junior bed with which your child can grow up to about 4 years of age.

Tip for keeping pine wood beautiful
Especially during teething, it can happen that children get the need to bite their hands, toys, but sometimes also the side edges of the bed. Pine wood guarantees a sturdy construction, but it is a softer type of wood that is less resistant to long-term sucking and biting. Tip: If you see that your child starts biting the wooden side edges of the bed at a certain point, provide an alternative such as a teething ring or place bite guards over the edge. This way you keep the cot in good condition and safe for your child.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
