The baby changing unit that matches the «HETRE» cot is the perfect solution if you have limited space. It takes up less space than a traditional changing table, but still offers plenty of room for nappy changes and anything you want to keep close at hand with the two practical shelves. The matching changing mat and covers are also available on our website. Our latest nappy changing mats are the only ones that fit in this nappy changing table. Our other nappy changing mats have a firmer filling, making them less flexible and unfortunately not suitable for this nappy changing table.

The «HETRE» changing table is colour-coordinated with the «HETRE» baby bed from the same product line and stands out for its classic and simple style. The changing table is made of solid Beech wood in a walnut colour which makes it a sturdy and solid construction. The shelves are made from MDF + Melamine which is scratch resistent, resilient to liquid splashes and easy to clean. With dimensions of 76.4 x 56.4 x 95.4 cm, the changing table takes up considerably less space than a traditional changing dresser and is therefore particularly suitable for small baby rooms or as an extra changing table in another room. The ergonomic table height of 90 cm makes changing your baby a breeze and the two shelves offer extra storage space for nappies, other changing accessories and rompers.

Do you still need a suitable changing mat (with high sides) and possibly matching covers? In the Petite Amélie collection you will find a selection of suitable products that you can also order.

The changing table complies with the safety standard EN 12221-1, -2: 2013-12 and has a load capacity of 11 kg.

WARNING!

  • It is recommended to use a changing pad with the dimensions to fit the changing table of 70x50 cm. Place the changing pad in the middle of the changing surface.
  • If an anti-topple set is supplied with the furniture, it must be installed for the purpose of safe operation. The anti-topple set is not supplied with a wall fastener due to the wide variety of wall materials used.
  • Please adjust an appropriate fastener for the wall type. In case of doubt as to the fasteners type, consult a specialist store.
  • Do not leave your child unattended.
  • For children up to 12 months / 11 kg.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
