A big advantage of this chest of drawers is that the removable changing table topper is included in the price. A changing table topper provides more space and convenience when changing your child, but also provides more safety due to the raised edges. With the changing table topper mounted, you can safely use the changing table until your child weighs 15 kg. (In the Netherlands, children reach a weight of 15 kg on average between 2 1/2 and 3 years.) Without a changing table topper you can of course use the chest of drawers for years to come as a regular chest of drawers.

Because the chest of drawers is nice and wide and high, there is a lot of storage space. The three spacious drawers can be arranged in a practical way and the drawers open and close easily thanks to the soft-close system. More about safety
According to the European standard, «ÉTOILE» chest of drawers is a so-called 'class II' chest of drawers. This means that you can use it safely according to this standard - with the surface extender mounted - until your child is 15 kg. The baby changing table includes a manual with safety instructions. Always follow these before using the baby changing table with drawers and keep the manual for possible later use! Always ensure that a wooden chest of drawers or cabinet is secured against the wall using the supplied mounting elements.
Combining colors
Traditionally, parents in the UK often opt for a complete baby room set consisting of a bed set, chest of drawers and wardrobe in the same colour. Of course it's also fun to scour Instagram and Pinterest looking for ideas and to combine these yourself. That is why the Étoile series is available in three soft shades that go well together. ..Combine white with soft pink, or make the girl's nursery a little more cool with a soft pink chest of drawers and a gray bed set.
About the assembly
The wooden chest of drawers, Étoile, is delivered unassembled. Fortunately, this piece of furniture comes with a handy mounting system that has been thought through. Each step in the installation manual is packed separately in a bag. This way it remains clear and you immediately have the right parts at hand. Furthermore, all parts in the box have a sticker with a number on it. This way you can easily recognize parts and you don't accidentally mix them up. Assembly tip: an Allen key is included with the parts. However, using an electric screwdriver significantly reduces assembly time.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
