A beautifully refined finished convertible cot bed in an off-white colour. The slatted base is adjustable to 3 heights, so the bed can grow with your child until he/she it is approximately 4 years old. Combine this cot with a matching chest of drawers or wardrobe from the Etoile series.

This beautifully finished convertible cot bed is 140x70 cm. When your toddler is almost 2 years old, you can easily convert the cot into a toddler bed where your child can sleep well until he is about 4 years old.

This growth cot adapts to the growth phases of your child:


• I Cot; Newborn baby
Set the base to the highest position so that you can easily lift the baby in and out of the bed without straining your back.


• II Toddler bed; Baby crawls and starts to pull itself up
Put the bottom in a lower position so that your child cannot fall out of the cot. If your child starts standing up, put the bottom in the lowest position. You will see that at some point the bed will become too small and your toddler will want to climb out. You can start by removing one of the two sides so that he/she can climb in and out of the bed by him/herself.

The "ÉTOILE" cot bed has been manufactured according to European standards. This means that it is safe to use until your child is 4 years old.
About the assembly
Étoile convertible cot bed is delivered unassembled. Fortunately, this cot comes with a handy mounting system that has been carefully considered. Each step in the installation manual is packed separately in a bag. This way it remains clear and you immediately have the right parts at hand. Furthermore, all parts in the box have a sticker with a number on them. This way you can easily recognize parts and you don't accidentally mix them up. Assembly tip: an Allen key is included with the parts. However, using an electric screwdriver significantly reduces assembly time.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is ready for shipment, our courier will collect it from our main warehouse in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a track & trace link. This link allows you to check the expected delivery date and time of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. For larger items, the standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days. If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
