Are you looking for a baby crib in a classic design? The baby cot bed, «HETRE» is made of natural and white beech wood and has a clean and uncomplicated look that suits any interior. The slatted base can be adjusted to three different heights which can easily follow the needs of you and your growing baby.The matching under-bed drawer is not included.

The white and natural wood coloured cot bed «HETRE» measures 123.40 x 65.20 x 78.50 cm and would need a 120x60 cot mattress. The wooden cot is made of solid Beech and has a slatted base that can be adjusted to 3 different heights. If your baby can't turn around or sit up yet on their own, the highest position of the slatted frame can make lifting and putting your baby down a lot easier and relieve your back.

< p>If you still need a matching baby mattress, you will find our high-quality 60x120 cot mattress together with matching fitted sheets and bed linen in the Petite Amélie collection.

The cot meets the guidelines of the EU standard for the safety of baby cots EN 716 and has a load capacity of 20 kg.

Returns
Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page.
Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
