Complete your toddlers bedroom with this warm duvet cover (+ pillowcase). It is made of 100% organic cotton and is free from harmful substances (GOTS quality mark). Your toddler will sleep well under this luxurious set.

This duvet cover set is suitable for any toddler bed. The cover has a size of 120x150cm and includes a pillowcase of 50x60cm.

The set is made of 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified. The cosy leaf print is guaranteed to ensure a good night's sleep.

Combine the set with the matching fitted sheet, one of our beautiful blankets or cuddly toys. In this way, you create a wonderful place to sleep for your toddler.

Because the duvet cover is 10cm longer than a normal size mattress, you can easily tuck it under the mattress. We advise you to tuck your toddler in as best as possible, that way they have to make more effort to kick the blanket off them and you prevent them from getting cold at night.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a worldwide quality mark that sets requirements for the production of organic fibres. Why Organic Cotton with GOTS Certificate?
The difference with normal cotton is that organic cotton is not treated with chemical pesticides. In order for the cotton plant to grow well, it is provided with vegetable and animal waste and insects are used as a pesticide. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a global quality mark that sets requirements for the production of organic fibres. For example, they demand that manufacturers keep the damage to the environment as limited as possible, for example by using a sustainable wastewater system and using water and energy efficiently. The working conditions must also meet the standards set by the International Labour Organisation. For example, the right to good, safe and healthy working conditions.

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Once your order is ready for shipment, our courier will collect it from our main warehouse in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a track & trace link. This link allows you to check the expected delivery date and time of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. For larger items, the standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days. If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
