With just a few simple actions, the length of the bed, which comes with a matching slatted base, can be adjusted to the size of your growing child in three different positions. The matching mattress and a handy drawer for extra storage space are available online.

If you don't feel like buying a new bed for your little one every few years, the extendable bed «Brume» is the perfect solution. This children's bed in white is made of solid pine wood and high-quality MDF and can be extended to a length of 140 cm, 170 cm or 200 cm. This means that the bed can be used from about 2 years to adulthood - this bed is made to last! The timeless, Scandinavian influenced design can be easily integrated into any living style.

The flexible design allows easy placement of the bed, whether against the wall or freestanding in the room. To ensure the safety of your little one, the distance from the bed to the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.

To make the most of the space under the bed, we recommend the matching drawer for the extendable bed «Brume». If you need a suitable children's mattress and bed linen, it's in our Petite Amélie online range. You will find a selection of suitable premium children's mattresses and matching fitted sheets and bedding.

The children's bed meets the guidelines for the safety of children's beds and children's furniture in accordance with EN 716NF D60-300-4, EN1725 and BS 8509 standards and has a load capacity of max. 100 kg.

WARNING

  • The 80x140 cm size is suitable for children from 18 months to 4 years.
  • The 80x170 cm and 80x200 cm sizes are not suitable for children under 4 years.
  • Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid the risk of serious injury, the distance between the bed and the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Use a damp cloth and some natural soap. Avoid the usage of aggressive cleaning agents.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
