MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

For all orders shipped in the UK, FREE shipping over £50 - please keep in mind that there may be a surcharge for outlying areas in the UK. 
Once you have entered your postal code on the checkout page, you will see if there is a surcharge for your area. 

Your order will be delivered by DPD or DX depending on the size or quantity of items ordered. 

Once your order is ready for shipment, our courier will collect it from our main warehouse in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a track & trace link. This link allows you to check the expected delivery date and time of your order. 

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. For larger items, the standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days. If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

 No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

 

 If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.
