What if a product is delivered damaged or defective?


Always check your product carefully when it has been delivered. If you notice any damage to the packaging, we recommend that you take photos and make a note on the delivery note in the presence of the courier. In order to validate the damage caused by transport, please contact Petite Amélie via our contact form within two working days.

If the outer packaging is not damaged, but the product parts are damaged, please take some clear photos of the damages, the number of the specific part and the batch number and email us within two working days.
Your email is taken care of as soon as possible and we will always find a suitable solution. Our procedure if an item is delivered defective or damaged is to send spare parts as soon as possible.

In case spare parts are needed, they will be sent from our warehouse in The Netherlands, hence the shipment of these sapare parts will take between 3-5 working days.
