An extremely practical set consisting of a toddler bed and a comfortable 10 cm toddler mattress. The attractive «PLUME» bed in naturel brown gives your child plenty of room for a restful night's sleep. Thanks to the side rails, your little one won't fall out of bed and can sleep safely. Please note: The matching storage drawer is not included in this set. It can be ordered separately.

This set includes a toddler bed and a comfortable 10 cm thick toddler mattress. The toddler bed has an ideal entry height and size for toddlers. A standard bed of 90 x 200 cm is often too large for toddlers who have just transitioned from their crib. The «Plume» toddler bed with a sleeping area of 70 x 140 cm offers the perfect solution. This size provides plenty of room for your little one and the side rails ensure extra safety. Additionally, toddlers can easily climb in and out of the bed by themselves.

You can attach the side rails of the «Plume» toddler bed on both sides, which allows you to place the bed in any desired position in the room, whether against the left or right wall, or even standing freely.

Looking for extra storage space? Then order the matching storage drawer for under the «Plume» toddler bed. It's perfect for storing bedding, stuffed animals, or pajamas.

WARNING

  • This is not a cot and should never be used for babies or very young children. This toddler bed should only be used by children who have outgrown their cot and can independently get in and out of the bed.
  • The fixing screws need to be checked regularly and tightened if necessary.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

Once your order is ready for shipment, our courier will collect it from our main warehouse in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a track & trace link. This link allows you to check the expected delivery date and time of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
