This sturdy pine kids pull out bed with wheels is specifically designed for the «Maison» house bed and slides in and out effortlessly. The durable design and included mattress make this wooden pull out bed ideal for sleepovers and a practical addition to the child’s bedroom.

The wooden trundle bed «Maison» comes as a complete set, including a mattress measuring 80 x 160 cm, and is a clever solution for extra sleeping space. This kids pull out bed fits perfectly under the «Maison» house bed and features smooth-rolling wheels, making it easy to slide the pull out bed in and out. The bed is made from sturdy and durable pine wood with a white finish and measures 155 cm wide, 84 cm deep, and 19 cm high. The mattress fits snugly in the drawer, offering a comfortable sleeping spot. This kids pull out bed with wheels is strong and practical, with a weight capacity of up to 100 kg, making it ideal for sleepovers and a great addition to any child’s bedroom.

ATTENTION!

  • The inner dimensions of the pull out bed are slightly smaller than 80 x 160 cm; however, a mattress of this size fits perfectly in the drawer. The mattress will extend slightly on both sides.
  • The pull out bed can be slid into place with the mattress and bedding inside, but not with a pillow.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

Once your order is ready for shipment, our courier will collect it from our main warehouse in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a track & trace link. This link allows you to check the expected delivery date and time of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

Scheduling a specific delivery date is not possible. However, if you place your order before 14:00, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3 working days. For larger items, the standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days. If your order is placed after 14:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered within the same respective timeframes (1-3 working days for standard items or 2-5 working days for larger items).

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER ATTEMPTS DELIVERY WHEN NO ONE IS HOME?

No problem, If your package has been delivered by DX, and no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card with instructions and return the package to the depot. If you have given permission for the parcel to be left in a secure residential location, the driver may do so. We will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

If your package has been delivered by DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time and update your delivery preferences using the DPD interactive app. If no one is available, DPD will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to the warehouse.

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
